The Process
Our bags are made by hand and to order in our Sydney workshop. They're fully lined, and seams are covered for a clean look inside and out. We use a 10oz waxed canvas for the body, a cotton canvas liner and a nylon zipper. The result is a lightweight and packable product. We use full grain veg-tanned leather for the accents. Our vintage Singer 111 machine is our workhorse, and is threaded with the finest Vinymo thread. The rest is done with a variety of hand tools and presses. Both the leather and canvas will patina and age beautifully, and will begin to tell their own story as you take them on your once in a lifetime, and everyday adventures.
