The Barra's low-profile silhouette is a modern design with a compact feel - it'll fit into your front pocket or back. It's a cross between a card wallet and a bi-fold, with the ability to slip folded cash in the hidden pockets along with 6+ cards depending on how you divy it up.

How it's made

We take a hide of full-grain leather and cut out each pocket individually. The pockets are then assembled using hand tools and traditional techniques. The wallet panels are hand sewn using a saddle stitch and the edges are burnished by hand. Burnishing begins the patina which is the aging process that makes your wallet unique to you.

Finally a wallet that stands the test of time

My boyfriend has notoriously gone through a wallet a year or every other year since I’ve met him and since I bought him this one months ago it still looks brand new! The leather has softened from it’s original stiffness but shows no signs of wear and tear living in the pocket of a blue collar worker! Big enough to hold the essential cards and the engraving was a beautiful added touch. I know this will last him years to come and it was money well worth spending! I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality leather piece!

I love this wallet!

Great compact wallet

Got this wallet a few months ago in brown with gold foil embossing. The design and make of the wallet is beautiful. It easily fits 2 cards in each of the slots, and cash fits behind the slot on the left side. Fits well in the front pocket, can't wait to continue using this wallet and see how the leather ages.

Nothing but impressed!

I have been looking for quality leather products, preferably Canadian made for quite some time. I am on the wait list for their Glengarry Messenger bag. While waiting, and to personally see their work, I ordered a costume made Barra wallet. The craftsmanship is great and the full grain leather is fantastic. It’s a slick wallet and perfect for daily use. I have no doubt this wallet will last for many years! It came in a small canvas drawstring bag with a handwritten note from the couple who makes these products. Really nice touch. Worth every cent. Really happy I found these people!!
