Elegant but simple, and definitely not trying too hard. The Big Bras d'Or is our answer to the classic leather tote. Big enough for a day at the beach and organized enough for an everyday bag: the inside pockets and solid brass key hook ensure you never lose your keys to the depths of your bag again. Closes with a secure snap.

How it's made

Whether we start with a hide of leather, or a roll of waxed canvas, each piece is cut by hand. We skive some parts of leather bags to reduce weight and bulk without sacrificing durability.

Using our industrial machines, the pieces and panels are sewn together. Seams are reinforced, handles and straps are attached with hand-set rivets where needed. A little brush up and it's ready for it's next adventure with you.

Durable and beautiful!

Love the size, shape and colour, and the brass key hook on the interior of the bag is so handy. It's big enough to carry a binder or small laptop. The full grain leather is super durable and holds the shape nicely, my only complaint is that the interior flakes a little bit and leaves little fuzzies on the case for my sunglasses. I expect this will be less of an issue as it ages.

My New Bag

So... my new bag arrived and I can't even use it. Why? Because it's too beautiful 😍!
I'm afraid to leave the house with it in case I damage it - I love it THAT much. I'm working on being able to set it free on the 🌎 but for now I'm happy showing it off to visitors. I've ordered many items from Phee's but they've been gifts for others. This one is all mine though and even has my name on it 😊 !

My wife was very impressed with the purse. It was months ago and she still brings up how much she likes it. Seems like quality leather.

I got the navy, and asked about getting it monogramed, and the person I spoke to said it isn't very pronounced on that colour, but offered a satisfactory solution that involved them doing more work at no extra charge. The final product is very well done, and I appreciate their flexibility.
